Rival athletes and their families from Guilderland High School in Guilderland New York host athletes from Thousand Island Secondary School in Brockville Ontario. This tradition has been taking place for more than 20 years and demonstrates the kind of friendships that develop between rival athletes in Track and Field and Cross Country.
